Am I Fat Weight Loss Recipes
Desserts to keep you slim-

  • 36 pcs reduced fat vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 c cold water
  • 3 med bananas, sliced
  • 3 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • 14 ozs low-fat sweetened condensed milk

Combine condensed milk, water, and pudding mix in a bowl and mix until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon one cup mixture onto bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with one-third each of wafers, bananas, and remaining pudding mixture. Repeat layers two times. Chill several hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

  • 1 3/4 c brown sugar -- packed
  • 2 c apples -- peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 whole egg whites -- slightly beaten
  • 4 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 c unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 c reduced fat margarine -- softened
  • 2 tsps pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar -- sifted
  • 1/4 c reduced fat margarine -- melted
  • 1/4 c brown sugar -- packed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tsps skim milk
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare batter, combine flour, 1 3/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup margarine, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, egg whites, and apples. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool upright for 30 minutes; invert onto serving plate. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine powdered sugar, remaining margarine, brown sugar, remaining vanilla extract, and milk. Immediately spoon over cooled cake.

  • 250g tub of sour cream
  • 1 pkt marshmellows
  • 1 tin mandarin segments
  • 1 tin pineapple segments
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Use stab mixer to lightly blend leaving half contents in solid pieces. Allow to set in fridge for 2 hrs. Serve chilled..

  • 1 quart of fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups of nonfat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pkt (.3 ounces) of suger-free strawberry gleatine
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tps lemon juice
  • 2 litres diet lemon-lime soda.

Mash strawberries in a large bowl and add the ice cream. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water in a smaller bowl and stir in lemon juice with the dissolved gelatin. Add gelatin and lemon juice to the strawberry mixture and mix well. Pour combination into a 1 - 1/2 qt. freezer container. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Spoon into glasses and add soda to creat delicious slushie.

  • 1 - cake mix (chocolate or spice works best)
  • 1 - 16oz canned pumpkin (not pie filling)

Mix these two ingredients together (batter will be really thick) and fill lined muffin tins two thirds full with batter. Bake until toothpick comes out cleaned when checked. Let cool and ice with low fat icing or my favorite low fat cool whip with fruit on top.

  • 1 litre tub of low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 500g of mixed frozen/fresh berries (raspberry, blueberry and strawberry)
  • 125f of low fat yoghurt (plain or flavoured)

Pour berries into mixer/blender until it becomes a rough paste. (if using fozen berries allow them to thaw first) Put the berries into a big mixing bowl and leave aside. The ice cream should be slightly thawed but not liquid, also put into mixing bowl. Stir and mix with a wooden spoon until it takes up a pinkish colour. Now add the tub of yoghurt, stir vigorously and fold into cake tin. It will take about 3 hrs to set.

Recipe time: 10minutes, besides freezing

  • Hand full of favourite berry
  • 1/2 cup of favourite fruit
  • 5 pieces of Ice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Put ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Scoop into a bowl and serve chilled.

  • 3 boxes SF vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 c skim milk
  • 2 t. coconut flavouring
  • 1/3 c coconut flakes
  • 8 oz. non dairy whipped topping
  • Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust

In a mixing bowl, combine skim milk and pudding and mix until smooth. Add flavouring and coconut flakes and mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into crust and refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
